What is meant by Manufactured Sand?
With the help of modern machineries rocks are powdered under IS, BS, ASTM standard and with sand making machines the product is made in cubical shape according IS 383 19970 zone II standard and grazing are done. From such cubical shaped dust 0-150 microns are removed using modern Hydro Cyclo Classifier. Water absorption is also completed along with the removal of IS, BS, ASTM classification 0-150 microns. The sand then collected is stronger than river sand as the latter has more surface bounding. So constructions with Delta MSand will give life to such buildings for ages long.
Why Delta Manufactured Sand?
Delta MSand is a product from German Technology. The sand is manufactured with the help of modern technology of breaking raw rocks punctured and powdered as Delta Msand. The end product Msand is purified by taking away clay and impurities like sand below 0-150mm. This guarantees strength of material. Moreover leakage, splits and water absorption are taken care of. The product is thus scientifically made and it gives more surface bonding than river sand. This again guarantees durability and strength of all construction for centuries.
Fake sand and life of Buildings
For the stability of construction the most important ingredient is quality sand. Manufactured sand or construction sand is used for modern constructions but consumers are cheated with fake sands.
